On 29 September, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban will pay an official one-day visit to the Czech Republic to hold talks with his Czech counterpart Andrej Babis, Mr Orban’s press chief told Hungary’s state news agency (MTI) on Wednesday, confirming press reports from Prague.
During their meeting, the prime ministers will focus on issues related to European integration, the EU’s recovery fund and other current affairs, the Czech newspaper Lidove noviny reported.
PM Viktor Orban will be accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Peter Szijjarto, who will meet Czech Trade and Transport Minister Karel Havlicek to discuss investment opportunities and a high-speed railway connection, the paper wrote.
