The European Union is in bad shape: SD President Tanja Fajon is taking over the management of the Asylum and Migration Fund 2021-2027 in the European Parliament!

After Tanja Fajon, MEP and new SD president, was reappointed in January 2020 as the European Parliament’s rapporteur on the functioning of the Schengen area and called for the abolition of “illegal border controls” as soon as possible, she has now taken over the 2021-2027 Asylum and Migration Fund.

“Following the departure of my Maltese colleague Miriam Dalli to domestic politics, I took over another extremely important financial instrument in the final phase of negotiations between the EU institutions in the European Parliament today: The Asylum and Migration Fund 2021-2027. Thank you to the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice, and Home Affairs for the trust and reporting,” said Tanja Fajon, President of the Social Democrats and still an MEP, via Twitter.

The SD party is in second place for her

By comparison, Dalli is saying goodbye to the European Parliament in order to be able to work as a Maltese MP. On the other hand, Fajon was handed over the leadership of the party SD, but she has no intention of leaving Brussels. The party is in second place for Fajon, the EP is in first place, the import of migrants will be in third place, and somewhere far behind are the interests and well-being of Slovenes.

That the reporting has passed into the “right” hands is also confirmed by the fact that both Tanja Fajon and Miriam Dalli are mentioned in the “leaked” document of the NGO Jewish billionaire Georg Soros Open Society Foundations. Coincidentally, Juan Fernando López Aguilar, the chairman of the Committee, was also on the same list. Like Fajon, both Dalli and López Aguilar are members of the S&D European Parliamentary Group.

What to expect is therefore clear. This is not Fajon’s first report. She is a radical MEP who is doing her best to realise the ideals of an open society, of course at the expense of the indigenous population. This includes importing migrants, restricting the work of the police, and protecting criminals who should be expelled from the country.

At the end of October 2018, we reported on Nova24TV, on the discussion of the draft report on the proposal for control of the European Parliament and the Council regarding the rules for the temporary establishment of border control at state borders within Schengen, prepared by Fajon. It was clear from her proposals that she was more concerned with the free movement of people than with the safety of EU citizens. The draft itself was problematic in certain places, as it interfered with the autonomy of the Member States and tried to interfere in matters in which it had no authority, but Fajon’s proposals made the whole situation even worse.

Fajon opposed police control at the border

Among other things, in the draft report on the proposal for the control of the European Parliament and the Council on the rules for the temporary establishment of border control at state borders within Schengen, the new SD President advocated effective and intensive police control within their capabilities. However, she emphasized in particular that they must ensure that “these police checks are not intended to carry out border controls”.

Fajon also suggested at the time that the European Commission should sue countries that violated EU agreements before the European Court of Justice. These days, the EU is threatening Hungary and Poland with lawsuits and the confiscation of European funds because leftists do not like a real conservative policy.
