John Durham, US Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced Friday that a federal grand jury in New Haven returned a 16-count indictment charging Gary Joseph Gavelle, AKA Roland Prejean, 51, with threatening to kill President Trump and other federal and state officials.

According to the indictment, in September of 2018, used mail, email and telephone to threaten to kill and harm officials, including President Trump.

Graville sent a letter threatening to kill President Trump — the envelope contained a white powdery substance with a handwritten message that said, “You Die.”

The white powdery substance turned out to be a biological agent, however it was found to be harmless, according to officials.
