Žiga Debeljak, a former chairman of retailer Mercator, was appointed chairman of the board of directors of the Bank Assets Management Company (DUTB) as the new board appointed by the government last week held its inaugural session on Tuesday.
The day after being sworn in, the Robert Golob government appointed Debeljak, Miha Resman, Diana Milivojević and Rok Marolt BAMC’s non-executive directors. Franci Matoz stepped down as chairman while the other non-executive directors were dismissed.
