The higher court sentenced Stefan Cakić to 10 years in prison for the murder of Gašper Tič, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for a year and a half, confirmed at the District State Prosecutor’s Office in Ljubljana. The verdict is now final and Cakić began to imprisonment before the res judicata.
In April, the first-instance court found Cakic guilty of the murder of Tic, which he allegedly committed in a state of significantly reduced adherence due to a combination of personality disorder and alcohol and cocaine, which he enjoyed before the act. In the procedure, Cakic did not deny the actions. But he always claimed that he did not remember the critical time in full, and that he had wandered naked in the Tičev apartment and felt that he had been sexually assaulted. The court of first instance was then given eight years and a half of prison.
