Last weekend, in the area of the Koper Police Department, police officers dealt with forty-six people who illegally crossed the state border between Croatia and Slovenia.
Five citizens of Iran, seven citizens of Tunisia, and twenty-one citizens of Afghanistan applied for international protection in the proceedings and were taken to the Asylum Home in Ljubljana, while the other foreigners will be returned to the Croatian security authorities this day.
