Between September 15th, 2021, from 6 am and September 16th, 2021, until 6 am, two foreigners, Afghan citizens, who illegally crossed the state border were tracked down and arrested while performing state border protection tasks in the Ljubljana area. The proceedings of the police officers with the foreigners have not yet been completed.
While carrying out state border protection tasks in Brežice area, the police tracked down and arrested three Moroccan citizens, a Somali citizen and a Guinean citizen, in Žuniči area (PS Črnomelj) eleven Afghan citizens, in Kočevske Poljane (PS Dolenjske Toplice) a Pakistani citizen, in Rigonci (PS Brežice) two citizens of Iran, and in Mostec (PS Brežice) five citizens of Kosovo. Police proceedings with foreigners who have illegally crossed the state border have not yet been completed.
In the last 24 hours, police officers have dealt with eleven illegal migrants in the area of the Koper Police Administration: seven citizens of Turkey near Podpeč and four citizens of Pakistan near Movraž.
