Police officers of the Črnomelj Police Department tracked down and arrested eight Afghan citizens while performing the tasks of guarding the state border near Srednja vas. Police proceedings with foreigners who have illegally crossed the state border have not yet been completed.

At the entrance to Slovenia, PMP Obrežje police officers discovered two Afghan citizens in a truck with Serbian license plates, who were hiding among the cargo and tried to avoid border control and enter Slovenia illegally. After the procedure was completed, the foreigners were handed over to the Croatian security authorities.

The Koper Police Department also reports that police officers from the Ilirska Bistrica Police Station near Sušak treated seven Afghan citizens.
