You can double the amount of days you have off work in 2020 if you plan it now

Planning your annual leave in advance can maximise your time out of the office next year.

We all live for our next holiday and a break from work – as the stream of awful Instagram posts showing a 215 day countdown to Mykonos 2020 will happily testify.

We never seem to be able to stretch our annual leave out to cover us for the year but with a bit of forward planning for 2020 you can nab 59 days away from the nine to five by taking just 27 days leave. 

Using them all this way might not leave you much to play with, so if you also have eight weddings to work around next summer you can pick out the ones which work for you and still enjoy a bonus number of days which don’t begin with an alarm clock.
