But one lucky couple couldn’t believe their luck when they were told what was underneath the floorboards of the home office in their new home.
Mark and Jenny Ronsman, both 39, had been told when they bought their house three years ago in Wisconsin, US, there was a hot tub in one of the rooms.
An elderly lady had lived in their property prior to them, but as she got older, she stopped using it and covered it over instead of taking it out.
