The Back To The Future star, 59, was learning to walk again after a successful operation to remove a tumour in his spine in 2018.
But disaster struck two years ago when the actor collapsed in the kitchen and badly broke his arm on the morning of a shoot for his cameo in a Spike Lee movie.
Now the TV star highlighted this moment as his “darkest” ever as there was “no bright side” to the situation.
