The Grand Tour’s Jeremy Clarkson set for £29million payday with Top Gear pals

Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond are set to cash in on millions after their Grand Tour firm is wound up.

Jeremy Clarkson’s move to Amazon Prime alongside fellow former Top Gear presenters Richard Hammond and James May has netted them all millions.

Now they are all set to cash in on a £29million windfall after their Grand Tour company was wound up, leaving millions in the bank to be shared between them. 

The popular trio took the surprise decision to leave Top Gear on the BBC behind them and move to Amazon Prime in a multi-million pound deal, so that they could establish The Grand Tour.

Clarkson, 59, Hammond, 49, and May, 56 set up a television company with their executive producer Andy Wilman to deliver the new series of motoring shows for their new home.
