Doctor ends debate on whether or not you should wear socks in bed

Plunging temperatures means many Brits are going to bed in more layers than usual to stay warm during the night.Wearing socks to bed seems to be something people either love or hate – but now a doctor has claimed that keeping your feet covered can actually help you fall asleep quicker.

Doctor Jess Andrade has gained more than one million followers on TikTok as she shares her advice to help you get a better night’s sleep, as well as answering viewers’ medical questions.

Her most recent video titled ‘Socks to bed?’ has racked up a staggering 17 million views as she explained why it can improve your sleep.
