While Slovenia is facing the serious issue of pregnancies among underage Roma girls, Nika Kovač still has not come to terms with the fact that Europe saw through her manipulation in the My Voice, My Choice campaign.
Nika Kovač and her 8 March Institute still cannot come to terms with the fact that Europe will most likely reject their “manipulation,” and instead focus on how rude European leaders supposedly are.
Meanwhile, a pressing issue is unfolding right on her doorstep: pregnancies among underage Roma girls living in Slovenia. It would be far more constructive for her to engage in a campaign addressing this problem. As physician Dr Samo Vesel pointed out, such involvement would demonstrate that she is not merely a government apparatchik of Robert Golob’s administration – an activist who has transitioned from a non-governmental organisation into a government-aligned entity.
“You do not have it. But you have done what you believe is right. Even those who disagree with your views believe they are doing the right thing. In the end, the majority decides. But a new problem has emerged in Slovenia, child pregnancies among the Roma. You are kindly invited to take a stand against the politics that allow this to continue,” Dr Samo Vesel addressed both Nika Kovač and her institute to start by addressing the issues at home.
