Prime Minister Janez Janša submitted the notice of resignation of the Minister of Justice, Lilijana Kozlovič, to the National Assembly in accordance with Article 261 of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly.
Furthermore, he submitted his nomination for a new Minister of Justice candidate, Marjan Dikaučič.
Marjan Dikaučič holds a university degree in law and has passed the state bar examination. He has worked both with the public and private sectors. He gained his work experience in court, law firms and corporations.
The Prime Minister proposes that the nomination procedure for a new Minister of Justice be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly.
