At a federal press conference, the ‘Expert Commission on Causes of Flight’ presented its report, which comes up with numerous proposals for action for this government, but also expressly for the coming federal government. The central motto is evidently to reduce illegal migration to Germany by simply legalizing it.

Federal Development Minister Gerd Müller (CSU): “The refugee crisis is not over. A totally valuable report with clear analyzes and suggestions for setting the political course for the coming months, but especially for the next government. “
Dr. Gottfried Curio: The demands and recommendations for action there read like the program of a left-wing extremist immigrant party and their demands even surpass the election program of the Greens. Here are a few points:
First, it is recommended that Germany take in more refugees through resettlement. Zero point zero five percent of the own population is suggested as the target. That would mean over 40,000 resettlements to Germany per year. Currently there are five and a half thousand. Deliberately disguised, this value is repeatedly mentioned at the press conference zero point zero five percent, as if that were little. In fact, that is over 5 percent of a birth cohort in Germany and all the other immigration routes come on top of that with an accumulating effect.
Gerda Hasselfeldt, Chair of the Expert Commission: “And fourthly, we propose an international resettlement alliance to take in particularly vulnerable people in an orderly and legal manner.”
Dr. Gottfried Curio: Member states of this alliance should take in a certain contingent of recognized refugees on a permanent basis every year. Reference is made explicitly to the 2018 Global Compacts on Migration and Refugees, whose obligations are inadequately met. Hear and be amazed: these allegedly non-binding pacts are already being used today as an anchor for the establishment of an alliance of foreign infiltration in Europe. One sees 120,000 resettlement commitments per year through such a coalition as achievable in the medium term. Obviously, a German special route was chosen. In France, for example, according to a survey, 58 percent agree with the generals’ fire letter, who warn of conditions similar to civil war.
It is also criticized that people with low or non-formal qualifications in particular have little opportunity to migrate legally. It is important to create additional entry options for less qualified people. Why Germany should help these people to migrate at all remains a mystery. Behind this apparently unreasonable policy is apparently the maxim of basically bringing every person on the planet who might somehow want to come to Germany and take care of them here. A moral obligation is first constructed in order to then be able to understand it as a grievance that still not all inhabitants of the world have been offered opportunities to immigrate to Germany.
The economic reasons usually cited by politicians – shortage of skilled workers, obsolescence, problems that could be remedied with internal means – are apparently put forward in order to implement the actual goal – more immigration at any price – behind them. And how are they all supposed to come from? Well, the report says: In addition, the federal government should expand the issuing of humanitarian visas in order to quickly help people in acute crisis situations. Here one wants to blackmail the citizens morally with pictures of catastrophes. Acute assistance is much easier to organize on site than the expense of converting the German social and administrative apparatus to deal with the consequences of such helicopter visas.
And further. “In addition, the federal government should examine the possibilities of asylum seekers in third countries outside the EU.” The motto here is: If there are grievances anywhere in the world, Germany should immediately wave visas and take the burden of the whole world on itself. In Eritrea, some dictator looks forward to foreign exchange income through remittances from German social benefits and of course has no interest in improving the humanitarian situation there.
Gerd Müller: “The federal government should conclude substantial migration partnerships with relevant countries of origin in order to create safe routes for migration.”
Dr. Gottfried Curio: Governments should also be rewarded for political grievances and mismanagement. What benefit do the Germans have from such alleged partnerships, the sole purpose of which is to create more access routes to Germany?
The report goes on to say: “In view of the increasing number of people seeking protection around the world, the Federal Government should reconsider its reservations about the involvement of municipalities in taking in refugees. In cooperation with the more than 220 German communities that have offered to take in refugees, she should look for ways to appreciate and use this commitment. ”
Instead of praising this non-state offer by ignoring the existing immigration law as a commitment, it should be exposed for what it is: as a left shop window policy at the expense of their own population, self-adulation by left provincial princes who do not want to worry about the consequences, exploding rents, social tensions , cultural loss of home.
Further: “The federal government should offer tolerated people who will not be able to return to their home countries in the foreseeable future, safe prospects to stay and thus reduce the number of people who are required to leave the country. Who illegally – because tolerated people have no right to stay – relabelled legal, perhaps lower the illegality on paper, so that the Union can rant about legal and orderly. But that is only plan fulfillment according to the principle of window dressing: law gone, law breaking gone. It does not change anything in the underlying problem, it only exacerbates the fact that you can de facto obtain a right of residence. A major pull factor for illegal immigration. The same faulty construction that is behind the so-called lane change.
Gerd Müller: “But it is not enough if Brussels only builds up external border protection and, what I think is fatal, switches off sea rescue and we no longer see that the Mediterranean is still the sea of death today.
Dr. Gottfried Curio: The report demands that Germany should work for a Europe-wide decriminalization of sea rescue. Significantly, one does not see the illegality on the part of the smugglers and their helpers. – these are obviously the partners and allies of the federal government, not Frontex and EU border countries. As in Australia, the number of boat migrants would quickly tend to zero through immediate repatriation and the Sea Rescue Act simply requires shipping to the nearest safe port.
Gerda Hasselfeldt: ” Thirdly, we propose to provide long-term and plannable support to host countries for refugees and migrants through new multi-year pacts, with the aim of firstly preventing further migration and secondly that the refugees no longer need any public help after 10 years at the latest.”
Dr. Gottfried Curio: That means Germany should look after migrants and so-called refugees from all over the world for 10 years, wherever they are. Of course, it remains clear that if they are still not self-sufficient – after the 10 years – the social support will continue afterwards.
And what are the reasons for migrating to Germany to be recognized?
Gerda Hasselfeldt: “ The main causes are war, persecution, hardship and a lack of prospects. In addition, there are increasingly consequences from climate change, environmental degradation, but also demographic pressure or poor governance. “
Dr. Gottfried Curio: If you hear the final reason here – bad government – can Germans soon be accepted elsewhere as part of the development partnership? And Germany fits into Africa 85 times in terms of area. The population density is five times higher. Why should the demographic pressure in Africa then please be allowed to unload to Germany?
Gerd Müller: “And it’s Corona. This corona pandemic has thrown 115 million people back into absurd poverty. “
Dr. Gottfried Curio: It’s Christmas time here and Müller finally wants to hand out the gifts for Africans willing to migrate. In order to make this palatable to the Germans, he looks, like every good farmer catcher, for a connection point from everyday experience in order to suggest familiarity and to draw pseudo-consequences from it. To do this, he does not want to wait for the foreseeable end of the pandemic, but rather create permanent access routes for a temporary situation. Motto: How can you foreignize Germany as quickly as possible? What is a Universal Reason Virtually Anyone Could Show? Corona. So anyone who believes they have to vote for the CDU or FDP this September in order to prevent red-red-green will experience a rude awakening. Mind you: This program was presented by veterans like Gerd Müller and Gerda Hasselfeldt from the allegedly strictly conservative union part of the CSU. In truth, ideologically, they have long since aligned themselves with the Greens and are no longer even prepared to offer even the most tentative resistance, rather they indulge in an outbid competition. The allegedly non-binding migration pact is implemented point by point with the pedantry of a multi-cultural model student. It is expressly emphasized that the recommendation should flow into the negotiations on the formation of a government in order to be implemented in the next legislative period. In the coalition negotiations, the Greens will not want to go back to the level of discussion presented by the Union itself.
