After her husband retired from work, Joanne Sterling asked him to ‘pull his weight’ around the home, but it didn’t quite go as she had expected.
Jim Sterling from Manson, Washington recently retired from his job as the manager of a hardwood floor company.
The 66-year-old has thus been a home with his wife Joanne a lot more and she thought it was about time he helped out a bit more.
She asked her husband to “pull his weight” around the house, starting with making the bed in the morning.
This was the first time Jim had attempted to make the bed in around 45 years and it’s fair to say that it did not go very well.
