Bird found on board business class of Singapore Airlines flight to London

A cabin crew member tries to grab the bird on the flight heading to Heathrow Airport.

A stowaway bird made a surprise appearance in business class during a long-haul flight to London.

The incident took place around 12 hours into the Singapore Airlines flight to London Heathrow and was filmed by an unnamed passenger.

The myna, a bird of the starling family is common in southern Asia.

It is believed to have entered the plane in Singapore and remained in a dark place until the high altitudes and lower cabin pressure prompted it to make an appearance.

The incident was filmed by an eyewitness on Singapore Airlines flight SQ322 to Heathrow and uploaded to Facebook where it has been seen over 30,000 times
