In a reply on the decision of the European Court to sentence an Austrian woman to 480 euros in fines, Geert Wilders vowed to defend freedom of speech in the Dutch Parliament, reports Voice of Europe.
According to the leader of the Party for Freedom, the verdict of the European Court is insane because “How can you be convicted for telling the truth?”.
Wilders says freedom of speech is being “thrown away” by the court and by the judges. “But also by politicians who have opened the borders in recent decades, and even now, for millions of Muslims” and “who make laws to silence Islam criticasters”.
