“Coordination of the declaration of the forthcoming EU summit with the President of the European Council Charles Michel and colleagues… One of the most important political documents in the history of the Union” was announced by the Prime Minister of Slovenia Janez Janša during the session.
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Janez Janša, is cooperating with his European colleagues in coordinating one of the most important political documents in the history of the European Union.
He used key words to illustrate that the document will encroach on the field of defence, energy, resilience and will thus be the basis for greater strategic autonomy of the European Union, which is largely dependent on energy from Russia and is militarily divided.
The Ukrainian crisis has further exposed the European Union’s helplessness and vulnerability in key strategic areas, and it appears that this will change in the future. Details of the emerging document will be known shortly.
