A Transavia flight between France and Tunisia had to be diverted to Nice after a Muslim passenger tried to conduct an Islamic prayer ritual in the aisle near the cockpit. He then attacked the flight attendant who alerted pilots to the situation.
The entire incident was captured by a video feed of the cabin.
In the video, a Muslim man can be seen praying on the floor near the cockpit of the plane while a flight attendant attempts to alert the pilot to the situation.
After noticing what the flight attendant was doing, the man then stands up and punches her in the head.
“In a video shared by ex-Muslim Waleed Al-husseini, the passenger can be seen performing the Namaz at the end of the aircraft while the flight stewards purportedly informed the pilot about this act,” Sawarjya Mag reports.
