Populist parties continue to rise in Europe’s polls as Poland’s ruling Law and Justice party miles ahead of the opposition.
With what is a growing lead, Poland’s ruling conservative Law and Justice (PiS) party and its allies, continue to gain support with now double that of the largest opposition party.
PiS now garner the support of 42 per cent of voters. Pollster CBOS’ survey of voters who will be taking part in the parliamentary elections shows that the Civic Platform (PO) party, which headed the previous government and is the largest opposition party, only commands the support of 21 per cent of voters.
