A morally ill society

By José Eugenio Fernández Barallobre

The other day, in a mall in my city, I discovered a poster with a picture of a cat on the wall that read, “I’m not your pet, I’m your family, your friend, your companion. You are not my owner, you are my family, my friend, my companion” That made me think.

I start from the premise that I deeply respect animals as the living beings that they are, created by the same supreme Creator who created me, and that I therefore owe them the respect they deserve, without therefore trying to put them on a par with humans, even though I know, that many of them certainly deserve more respect than many of the people who populate the earth.

However, it is paradoxical and even worrying that certain groups that generally belong to left-wing ideology, and in particular the predominant pijoprogressives, have more consideration for animals than for humans.

Since the collapse of the unhealthy populism represented in our country by the miserable pack we all know, Spanish society has suffered from a serious illness that, if not remedied immediately, will lead us to total ruin without palliatives.

The appearance of all these vegans, ecologists, feminazis, lgtbijklm… etc. on the political stage leads to a total loss of values, especially among the youth, who are immersed in this relativistic whirlwind in which anything is possible if it is politically correct according to the prevailing criteria.

Starting with the ignorant or ignanta, who also abounds and who is getting more and more every day, who said that the rooster is an unrepentant rapist of the chickens, to the man who is still a minister in this lame government, who wanted us to stop eating meat because it supposedly serves the health of the planet; To the convinced defenders of the wolf, without caring about the damage it can cause if its population is not controlled, an unhealthy policy of animal defense has been enforced here, but it has its origin deep inside in the unhealthy desire of all this pijoprogressive rabble to destroy bullfighting as a sign of Spain’s identity, beyond all other considerations.

The same pijoprogres of the unhealthy and damned Podemía, the worst virus that has devastated Spain, are the ones who are clawing tooth and nail for us to allow the indiscriminate entry of illegal immigrants from sub-Saharan Africa, as we are witnessing these days on our border of Melilla and, apart from a supposed humanitarian vocation, which they do not have, they know that it is an important potential source of votes for the not too distant future, votes won on the basis of a small allowance for each immigrant, which allows them, no matter how small, to live much better than in their countries of origin.

These migratory flows are mostly made up of stocky, athletic men of military age, like the black man we saw in a video trying to attack a compatriot who filmed the massive presence of these elements with a mobile phone. The last straw, a guy who enters Spain in an obviously illegal way, whose intentions are unknown to us and who, although we do not throw him out, affords himself the luxury of threatening a compatriot in his own city, in his own house, with a blunt object. Disgraceful!

But the same people who mourn the death of a dog or cat, or the wolf that is hunted when it attacks a flock of sheep; the same people who defend with their hands and feet the mass immigration of illegal immigrants on supposedly humanitarian grounds are those who demand the right of women to murder a living being endowed with soul, mind and mind that they carry in the womb with complete impunity. This is the best and most obvious example of how sick this corrupt society is, which has no moral principles whatsoever.

All in all, we believe that the most serious aspect of this situation is the attitude of our young people, who no longer have values that go beyond the worship of idols on clay feet, as in the case of the so-called “influencers”, who set the guidelines for the future of a large part of the youth who depend on social networks, which are controlled by international globalization. Add to this the new planetary religion, where everything they do – the way they eat, the way they dress, the extreme defense of animal and environmental protection, even the decline in the birth rate – depends on the supposed health of the planet.

Of course, a big part of the problem lies in spreading these ideas in the classrooms themselves, with a large percentage of teachers acting as speakers, thus becoming role models for the students.

Many of these young people, who have been vaccinated with the principles of violent and unhealthy relativism, attach more value to a pet or forest than to the life of an unborn child, because they all grew up in an environment where one of the basic principles they have learned is that a woman can make with her body, what she wants, what could make sense if one excludes the life of an intelligent being with a soul and a spirit that they carry within them and that goes beyond their own freedom as an individual.

We live in troubled times and the shadow of war hangs over all of us. Gone are the so-called asymmetric wars, told to us by those who categorically assured us that there would never again be a conventional war, at least not on the European continent. However, this claim was nothing more than a pretext to justify the gradual disarmament of an increasingly helpless and incompetent Europe.

In recent years, there has been a widespread belief that in the event of a serious problem, the Americans would have to defend us with their men, their equipment and, of course, their deaths, which the Europe we know could not take on if necessary. However, our neighbors on the other side of the Atlantic don’t seem so enthusiastic.

One might therefore wonder what would happen to the European fields as a field of operation in the event of a general declaration of war. Who would be mobilized to face a supposed invasion of our borders? Does anyone believe that we can call on the youth to take up arms and defend what belongs to them? I doubt that very much, because many would hide with their tails pulled in under the skirts of their mothers, although they would first express their opinion via social networks or, in the best case, by founding a – albeit very sustainable – WhatsApp group.

In other words, our society is sick, and if we don’t cure it, it will die.
