A teenager was severely beaten by what seems to be a gang of migrants in Paris on January 15. The attack was captured by a CCTV camera, and the 14-year old Ukrainian boy Yuri Khruchenyk, the victim of the vicious attack, is currently in a coma.
The incident took place near the famous Eiffel Tower at approximately 6 o´clock in the evening on January 15. It involved around 10 people, seemingly of non-European descend, who surrounded the boy, holding metal rods, bats and knives in their hands. The vicious beating was captured by a camera. Yuri is currently in a coma with skull punctures, broken ribs, stab wounds, and eye trauma.
The public prosecutor´s office is opening an investigation for ‘attempted voluntary homicide’. Attackers remain unknown but the authorities hope they will be able to find them with the help of camera footage, which captured the incident. Ambassador of Ukraine, Vadim Omelchenko, called on any potential witnesses to step forward on his Twitter account, and the boy´s mother, Nataliya Khruchenyk, has created an Instagram profile, dedicated to the search of the potential witness. Meanwhile, the investigators haven’t identified the attackers yet, but they are expecting a breakthrough with the help of the video evidence.
The investigators also said that it seems it was an organized gang attack, and that a gang of “teenagers” from the Paris southern suburb of Vanves is most likely responsible. Yuri was with his friends when they were attacked by these suburban “youths”, as the media calls them, but as they tried to run away he fell and was caught by the gang, who started kicking and hitting him with iron bars and baseball bats.
While the attack was reported in various media outlets, and some celebrities, as well as local politicians, reached out to Yuri and his family, it seems that the source of this attack, and on the crime and violence that Paris and many other Western metropoles are facing, was once again omitted. The attackers are simply referred to as “youths” and “teenagers”, although it seems that in this, and other such attacks, these “youths” are mostly non-European migrants or their descendants. But since we live in times of overwhelming political correctness, these problems, which are clearly the consequences of mass migrations, are presented to the public as “youth” problems instead of “racial” and “multicultural” problems, regardless of the facts.
