Statement of the day: The KUL coalition is only alive because it is being maintained by the POP TV respirator!

by Sara Kovač (Nova24TV)

“And after all, the Constitutional Arch Coalition (Koalicija ustavnega loka – referred to as KUL) is only alive because it is being kept on a respirator by the private television POP TV – sort of like a directed telenovela. The KUL coalition would have been long forgotten by now, if it were not for POP, where they talk about it practically every day (since the newspapers like Delo, Večer or Dnevnik are no longer important, due to their minor reach), and RTV Slovenija, too – however, it must be said that they have been doing it a little less aggressively in recent days, and they are still maintaining at least a little bit of pluralism on their 3rd programme,” Bojan Požar wrote about the media promoting the parties of the transitional left, and added that the experts in the political scene are laughing at the media outlets, due to their bizarre reporting.

These days, the transitional left and its media are exerting intense pressure and artificially creating circumstances that do not actually exist, which would help them overthrow the current government – the left and their media are far from the political reality. The Constitutional Arch Coalition project is actually the invention of the deep state and the media outlets close to it; the LMŠ, Levica, SD and SAB parties are merely the extras in all of this.

These days, at POP TV, in particular, they are eagerly expecting the infamous report of the Court of Audit, and the candidate for the position of Prime Minister, Karl Erjavec, is confidently claiming that they already have the necessary 46 votes, even though they are still far from it.

Even the experts in the political scene are laughing at them
The current situation was also described by the investigative journalist Bojan Požar, who wrote: “And after all, the Constitutional Arch Coalition is only alive because it is being kept on a respirator by the private television POP TV – sort of like a directed telenovela. The KUL coalition would have been long forgotten by now, if it were not for POP, where they talk about it practically every day (since the newspapers like Delo, Večer or Dnevnik are no longer important, due to their minor reach), and RTV Slovenija, too – however, it must be said that they have been doing it a little less aggressively in recent days, and they are still maintaining at least a little bit of pluralism on their 3rd programme. And what is interesting about this is that the old, experienced journalists at POP TV, who know exactly what this whole thing is about, have carefully retreated into the background in this whole matter, and continue to push the younger team of journalists into the forefront, such as Anže BožičSuzana Perman (both are journalists on the 24ur programme), and lately also Miha Orešnik (Svet on Kanal A), who have been shamelessly willing to hysterically shout about KUL for the past several weeks now, and have thus become a real media wing of the KUL coalition. The aforementioned journalists also do not seem to mind that the serious experts in the political field are just cynically smiling at them…”
