MEP Milan Zver announced via Twitter that he will request the data made possible by Regulation no. 1049/2001 on public access to documents of the European Parliament, the European Council, and the European Commission.
As he wrote, the Vice-President of the European Commission, Vera Jourová, will have to hand over the notes of the meeting with the President of the Constitutional Court, as well as all communications between the EC cabinets on the subject of her visit.
Namely, Jourová recently claimed to the media that she and Constitutional Court President Matej Accetto did not discuss the law on RTV broadcasting. However, that does not mean it is true, which is precisely why Zver requested documentation related to her visit to Slovenia.
