Jure Tepina, who accuses Rado Pezdir of illegal collisions, in fact revealed himself. There is no longer any doubt. Let’s see how the editor of the web portal 24ur.com managed to do a public journalistic suicide …
With today’s article, I run the risk that readers will be quite upset, as I reopen the topic of the editor of the 24ur.com website. Nevertheless, I believe that it is necessary to write about his creation of lies, not least the last article of this journalistic joker finally reveals the mechanism of generating false news at the micro level. Moreover, the aforementioned article, entitled »The Prosecutor’s Office dismissed Pezdir’s complaint against NPU criminals«, published by Jure Tepina on 15 February on the web portal of the largest commercial television, is in fact a funeral procession for the journalistic work of the editor Tepina. As you will see below, Tepina became entangled in his haste, to the point that he fully revealed that his articles had nothing to do with journalistic work and were merely an instrument in obstructing the work of the police and the prosecution.
Paradoxically, what Jure Tepina accused me of is now publicly done by himself, and what’s more, for the first time he has clearly revealed his sources that allow him to abuse the 24ur.com portal.
Tepina wrote in his article that a special department of the specialized state prosecutor’s office had dismissed a criminal complaint I had filed against criminal investigators from the National Investigation Office (NPU) who were working on the Farrokh case. The person posing as an editor and journalist also wrote that the decision of the prosecution was another proof that the investigators had not done anything illegal. The author concludes that thus all political pressures on this investigation are unsuccessful.
Let us leave aside the fact that the great professional, exceptional editor and brilliant journalist Tepina, after countless repetitions in a year, still cannot remember that I did not file a criminal complaint, but announced the suspicion of a crime. He is just poorly educated and, as his colleagues on Pop TV say, slow when it comes to thinking, fast when it comes to serving. More interestingly, this time he very sovereignly repeated his lie about how the Farrokh case is merely a manifestation of political pressure on the police, and Rado Pezdir an instrument of that pressure. You must therefore read the article in the sense that the phantom and Janša-Mahnič-Hojs-Pezdir front generated in Tepina’s delirium lost the Farrokh case as the main weapon of the political pogrom against the police.
My previous articles on Tepina’s operation as a special extension of a degenerate team from the police, Sova and the prosecution have rightly met with many skeptical questions about how I know Tepina is really an instrument in the hands of a deep state and a police lie factory, and why I don’t reveal everything I know in this regard. Since I had no real reason to reveal information and throw it into the public space, namely these are my trump cards in a fight with a special team, I waited. And this wait bore extraordinary fruit, Tepina, who accuses me of illegal collisions, revealed himself. There is no longer any doubt. Let’s look at how the editor managed to do a public journalistic suicide.
On 23 January 2020, I submitted the announcement of the suspicion of the criminal offense of omitting a complaint, criminal offense or perpetrator against unnamed NPU criminal investigators who worked in the Farrokh case as part of a special group with prosecutors to the specialized state prosecutor’s office.
The parties to the proceedings were me and the NPU, and the proceedings were conducted by a specialized public prosecutor’s office. These are also all those who were familiar with the announcement and the procedure. On 15 February 2021, when Tepina wrote that the announcement had been rejected, I first checked with the Slovenian Press Agency whether it was an official statement from the specialized state prosecutor’s office. But the news was not published on STA, which means that there was no official statement about it. Where then does Tepina’s information come from? I could not give them to him because no one informed me nor did Tepina call me. My first thought was that Tepina got the information through informal channels at the prosecutor’s office. Therefore, I addressed a press question to the specialized state prosecutor’s office (the question and answer are kept in the editorial office) as to whether they provided Tepina with the information before informing the parties to the proceedings of the decision. The response of the specialized public prosecutor’s office was short, clear and left no doubt: No one gave Tepina any information. And now? All that remains is the one he gave him, and that is the police. Now you know: the police illegally handed over information to journalist Tepina. This is not a fantasy, this is the real state of affairs.
But is all this a problem? Of course it is, just think – you have criminal investigators who, during the proceedings, give out information to the journalist about the proceedings themselves, in order for the journalist to distort the facts. But that’s not all. It is even worse, much worse for the police and for a person who imagines that in some irregular way he can exert public pressure to corrupt the investigation process in the biggest financial scandal in the history of this country. Namely, my announcement of the suspicion of a crime was made in such a way that the prosecution and the police can no longer claim that certain documents that the commissions of inquiry were acquainted with do not exist. They now know unequivocally that documents exist and that attempts to further refuse to obtain documents pose serious problems for them. And if you read carefully, you can understand very well – someone from the police was able to give Tepina information that, by law, does not have the properties of publicly available information. What a turnaround, right? Tepina, who in his articles encouraged the police and the prosecution to charge me with a false accusation, is now alone in a situation where the police and the prosecution can regularly ask themselves what all the police source has revealed to Tepina.
The motive for the disclosure, however, is clear from Jure Tepina’s writing – to cover incompetence in the Farrokh case with a story of political persecution.
Make no mistake, we are not talking about standard journalistic sources, we are talking about sources that try to intentionally and under media pressure cover incompetence or even crime in their ranks and, of course, serious abuses of state institutions. Police officers are a regular source of journalism, but only when it is for a public good, but they cannot be when public pressure is being tried to stop an investigation.
How did they go to abuse Matjaž Nemec on Knovs, let it cost what it wants, if it doesn’t work out, it will explode in his face anyway, which of course happened …
Similar to this case, the actors of the affair, which did not exist, were revealed in December last year. It is an affair about the abuse of Sova, where elements from Sova and the intelligence-police greyness together with Tepina (don’t read wrong, Tepina was again a tool) abused Matjaž Nemec. The team has decided to manipulate the chairman of the Commission for the Supervision of Intelligence and Security Services (Knovs) with information, let it cost what it wants, if it doesn’t work out, it will explode in Nemec’s face anyway. And of course that’s exactly what happened to him. Do you now understand what I am saying when I mention the irregular sources of the editor Tepina? Some team abused the president of Knovs by misleading him and pressuring him through the 24ur.com portal to conduct an investigation and compile a case that did not exist. President of Knovs eventually found out that he was investigating a conspiracy theory. The prosecution and police, however, should now determine whether this team, along with Tepina, abused Knovs to investigate a case that did not exist. And again, there is a paradox – I am publicly labeled as someone who abuses state institutions, and then it turns out that it is my plaintiffs who have committed the abuse.
In view of what has been written in this article, I believe that the specialized public prosecutor’s office and the NPU should react and check where Tepina’s information came from, what was the motive for the information being handed over to him and whether confidential information was also released in the process. What’s more, there is a serious suspicion that some informal group is operating, trying to obstruct the investigation into the Farrokh case through the online portal 24ur.com.
I am not in the mood to reiterate the arguments why all Iranian transactions were not of a commercial nature, as Tepina passionately proves by citing (former) prosecutor Jaka Brezigar. Instead, allow me to share with you, as a small piece, a section from the public hearing of Milka Ižanec from Nova Ljubljanska banka before the commission of inquiry headed by Jani Möderndorfer:
PRESIDENT JANI (JANKO) MÖDERNDORFER: »Complaints were not just some complaint and they were not these usual complaints where only data is missing, but mainly it was about that, because it was also very unusual data. One of the accounts, for example, the recipient was Superman, and then you have a transfer of 4 million, maybe someone in life is really called Superman, but he probably has some last name or something and that was probably one of the reasons that an alarm rang to someone. For another account, the intention Ana Karenina was stated, in the amount of 40 thousand. We all know this character. We know what that means. And this Ana Karenina appears many times.«
MILKA IŽANEC: »Do you have a document that the transfer was made in favor of these persons?«
PRESIDENT JANI (JANKO) MÖDERNDORFER: »These are remittances where, in fact, they were made and also made within the department for payment transactions within Nova Ljubljanska banka and were made at the request of Mr. Farrokh.«
MILKA IŽANEC: »Well, I neither Ana Karenina nor – what else did you say?«
PRESIDENT JANI (JANKO) MÖDERNDORFER: »Superman.«
(Excerpt from the public hearing of witness Milka Ižanec before the commission of inquiry chaired by Jani Möderndorfer, 16 December 2017 in the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia)
Let’s be brief and clear. As a rule, children over the age of six do not believe in comic or movie superheroes. For Jure Tepina, Superman still exists and wants to convince you that transactions with Superman are normal business transactions. If you don’t believe this, you are part of a fascist pro-orban government.
Likewise, children at a very early age understand that book heroes, such as the Bunny Uhec, do not exist outside the book nor do they believe that Harry Potter is someone you can meet on the bus. On the contrary, a middle-aged man is trying to convince you on practically the largest media portal in the country that the transfer of funds to the literary heroine Ana Karenina is in the domain of normal business transactions. And if you claim otherwise, you are for him a servant of the fascist government.
Dear readers, you don’t have to love each other or have any affinity for me, but you don’t have to agree to such colossal shit.
Finally, something for the summit of this television, an anecdote that they will understand and like. When Vladimir Putin was still a young submariner, he cleaned common areas. While cleaning, he came across a rat he wanted to kill. The rat ran away, and he ran after her. This lasted until Putin squeezed it into a corner. When the rat was in a seemingly hopeless situation, she got bloodshot eyes and jumped into young Putin. It ended up with Putin running away from the rat.
