“Draft of a brief justification of the complaint. Copying is explicitly desirable. Let’s move on,” the former internee of the Petriček children’s camp, Franci Kindlhofer announced. This is a complaint against ZZB NOB for calling for an uprising on the teletext of the Public RTVS.
In 2021, we witnessed a teletext title on the RTV: ZZB NOB It is time for a rebellion again. In this article, the president of the ZZB NOB association, Marijan Križman, explained that on the anniversary of the Liberation Front he would call for the re-emergence of the time of the Liberation Front of the Slovenian nation. Among other things, he calls for a rebellion because our human rights are supposedly being violated. He did not apologise for such statements, much less for the publication of this on the pages of the national television RTV, which lives at the expense of all citizens of the Republic of Slovenia. Shame!
“Criminal complaint against ZZB NOB, Ljubljana, and RTVS Ljubljana. The complaint against ZZB NOB for calling for rebellion, because ZZB understands this as a call for violence, as this was the basic means of the partisan revolution,” explained Franci Kindlhofer, a former internee of the Petričko children’s camp.
Kindlhofer added that “the president of the ZZB NOB association, Marjan Križman, explicitly calls for an undemocratic change of government and thus destroys the foundations of our democratic order.”
The following is the full text of Kindlhofer’s draft indictment against ZZB NOB and RTV Slovenia:
Subject: Criminal complaint against ZZB NOB, Ljubljana, and RTVS Ljubljana.
The complaint against the ZZB NOB for calling for rebellion, because the ZZB understands this as a call for violence, as this was the basic means of the partisan revolution.
The president of the ZZB NOB association, Marjan Križman, explicitly calls for an undemocratic change of government and thus destroys the foundations of our democratic order.
RTVS is accused of providing assistance in disseminating the above-mentioned calls of the ZZB NOB. The victims of communism in particular feel physically threatened by such calls, as such activities among partisan fighters have always been associated with terror and death.
