Visit by the Deputy Minister of Defence of the Czech Republic

On 25 August, the Deputy Minister of Defence of the Czech Republic Mr Vladimír Müller, accompanied by Mr Uroš Lampret, the State Secretary of the SVN MOD, paid a visit to the NATO MW COE.

The visit was hosted by the Director, Colonel Borut Flajšman, who shared a short presentation on the MW COE, its development, key achievements, and the way ahead. The Director expressed his gratitude to the CZE AF for its past cooperation with the Centre, setting the grounds for further cooperation. He emphasized the importance of the CZE high level visit, which he grasps as an important step towards enhancing cooperation between the CZE Armed Forces (AF) and the NATO MW COE. Moreover, the COE will explore possible new ways and opportunities to share the subject matter expertise in a variety of projects and activities.

At the end, Mr Vladimír Müller expressed his thanks for the collaboration and partnership with the CZE AF, and confirmed the intent to foster the partnership in the future.
