The Survey Reveals: As a Result of The Announcement of New Taxation, 56 Percent of Entrepreneurs Are Considering Moving Abroad!

The poll, conducted by members of the Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia (OZS), clearly reflects the support of craftsmen and entrepreneurs to raise net wages, as well as their opposition to the new burdens of the economy and higher real estate taxation.

99 percent of craftsmen and entrepreneurs who participated in the survey thus supported a proposal to relieve the salary with income tax, with the worker receiving a higher net pay with the same gross wage. They pointed out that the high wage costs in Slovenia are reducing the competitiveness of the Slovenian economy.

The serious concern, however, is the fact that 56 percent of craftsmen and entrepreneurs, who participated in the survey, expressed their willingness to move their business into countries that have a more stable and predictable business environment.
