The government adopted on Wednesday the medium-term defence programme for 2022-2026 under which defence spending will be increasing by an average of EUR 72 million on an annual basis to reach EUR 983 million by 2026.
The programme plans progress in the development and modernisation of priority capabilities and restructuring of the Slovenian Armed Forces and the defence system.
