The Prime Minister, Janez Janša, yesterday visited VIAL Automation d.o.o., as part of a tour of the Savinjska region. He met with the management of the company and was shown its production line.
VIAL Automation d.o.o. is a family company established in Slovenia in 1998. The company has developed a process and set up production of sub-assemblies for BIA Sartorius filter systems, and is the supplier of ultrasonic technology for the e-mobility Samsung SDI, as well as developing its own products (e.g. electronically controlled dispenser for foil and other thin layers, machine for continuous ultrasonic welding). VIAL Automation d.o.o. offers its partners a range of products and services including representation of world-famous companies in the field of production automation, ultrasonic welding as a service activity, and a range of formats for the ultrasonic protective cell with different degrees of automation, which is the company’s own product and present on the global market.
At the meeting with Prime Minister Janša, the company’s management spoke in particular about the company’s operations during the epidemic and presented the current situation on the goods market. They also touched on drawing down EU funds and bureaucratic obstacles that hinder entrepreneurship and innovation. Company representatives also highlighted the education of employees in electrotechnology and mechanical engineering.
