After it became clear that they apparently wanted to sweep the president’s traffic accident under the rug as quickly and quietly as possible, citizens have been receiving new details about the event day after day.
Of course, Nataša Pirc Musar keeps insisting that nothing was wrong except the unfastened seat belt, but the details nevertheless show that this is not the case, and that there is once again an attempt to hide from the public what left‑wing politics does with taxpayers’ money.
And because the media do not want to “buy” the president’s story that nothing except the seat belt was wrong, she has now placed herself in the role of a victim. For example, she hurried to explain to N1 that she does not understand how she cannot stop all this, the media simply wanting the truth about the traffic accident.
At the same time, she has once again taken both of her passengers as “hostages,” rushing to explain how she is hurt precisely because of the media reporting about her two companions. Since the president laments that she cannot stop the matter and would clearly prefer to say she cannot sweep it under the rug, the best solution would be for her to offer her resignation. It seems she has not considered that this might actually solve a large part of the problem, as people now doubt her actions even more.
