Insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav saw group net profit rise by 40% to EUR 47 million in the first half of the year as premium revenue rose across all segments and all markets.
The company expects to hit end-year profit targets. Profit before tax amounted to EUR 56.2 million, up 39% year-on-year and 35% higher than in the first six months of the pre-pandemic year 2019, according to the interim result released on Tuesday. Consolidated gross written premium at the group level rose by 9% to EUR 731.1 million.
