Media reported that the Koper Higher Court had quashed a prison sentence against Igor Bavčar, the former CEO of Istrabenz, in a case related to a 2007 transaction involving shares of logistics company Intereuropa, and ordered a retrial.
The news web portals of Nova24 and Primorske Novice said that Bavčar and another defendant Miroslav Golubić, the former CEO of Maksima Holding, would be tried by a new judging panel.
