Croatia overtakes us on the right. Their economic growth in 2024 was 2.4 times higher than in Slovenia. Meanwhile, Robert Golob keeps insisting that we are “far ahead of others,” supposedly “the best in Europe,” and that*“everyone envies us.”
The data, however, prove him wrong. This is just another lie that Robert Golob and his coalition (Svoboda, SD, and Levica) are using to deceive voters ahead of the next elections.
Data on economic growth or GDP growth in 2024:

- Slovenia: +1.60% (Source: SURS)
Wages, pensions, and overall prosperity depend on a country’s economic growth, so this is not a trivial matter.
