Uroš Urbanija, the former director of the Government Communication Office, was endorsed by the RTV Slovenija programme council for appointment as TV Slovenija director, the TV arm of the Slovenian public broadcaster.
RTV Slovenija director general Andrej Grah Whatmough will decide on his appointment after interviewing him next week.
