Slovenia hosted a session of the European Union Military Committee (EUMC) in Postojna as part of its EU presidency.
The participants discussed the EU’s military rapid reaction capability and possible solutions to strengthen the committee from a military perspective, the General Staff of the Slovenian army said. The participants discussed the situation in Afghanistan, among other issues.
