Asset seizure against ex-head of Serbian Orthodox Church dropped

The Specialised Prosecution Service has withdrawn the asset forfeiture case against Peran Bošković, the former leader of the Ljubljana Serb Orthodox community, and his son and daughter following the relevant decision of the Constitutional Court.
