113 is for emergency cases only!

Police OCCs (Operational Communication Centres) have recently been coping with a large volume of calls related to the Covid-19 epidemic and restrictions. Citizens are reminded that 113 should not be used by those seeking information on Covid-19 restrictions.

The 113 police emergency line is for emergency and high-priority calls only. If you wish to make an anonymous report to police, use 080 1200.

Please help keep 113 lines free for police-related immediate response. Please know that every second counts when people are in true need of our assistance.

Call centre for information on the coronavirus – free of charge

If you have questions concerning the crossing of national and regional borderlines, please use a free government Covid-19 information hotline where you will find reliable information on the novel coronavirus. The Covid-19 information hotline operates from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday:

  • Covid-19 information hotline: 080 1404
  • if you are calling from abroad, dial: +386 1 478 7550.

The police urge everyone to act responsibly and comply with government restrictions to stop the spread of Covid-19. Let’s act together and stop the rapid increase of infections!
