Police officers dealt with 34 illegal migrants in the area of the Koper Police Administration last weekend:
On Friday, four citizens of Pakistan were treated at Ilirska Bistrica and six citizens of Afghanistan at Zazid.
On Saturday at 3.17 pm, police officers stopped a driver of a car, a 58-year-old Kosovo citizen living in Slovenia, at Bošamarin. He was carrying four people who crossed the border illegally (3 citizens of Bangladesh and one citizen of Yemen). The driver was brought before an investigating judge with a criminal complaint and released after questioning. A citizen of Pakistan was also treated at Ilirska Bistrica, two citizens of Afghanistan at Predloka, and 4 citizens of Turkey at Gračišče.
On Sunday, 4 citizens of Iraq were caught in Mala Bukovica, 1 citizen of Bangladesh near Kozina, 5 citizens of Pakistan near Ilirska Bistrica and 2 citizens of Syria and 1 citizen of Palestine near Podgorje.
