Again hiding on the truck: they found a Syrian and two Pakistanis

By: C. R.

While the Ljubljana Police Administration does not report any illegal migrants found, the Novo mesto Police Department announced that it had prevented illegal migrants from entering at the Obrežje Border Police.

A truck driver with Serbian registration plates drove up to the Obrežje border crossing to enter Slovenia. Police officers carried out a border control and found a Syrian citizen on the chassis of the vehicle, who was trying to avoid the border control and enter Slovenia illegally. Two Pakistani citizens were found in the truck with registration plates of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who were also trying to avoid border control. After the procedures were completed, the foreigners were handed over to the Croatian security authorities.
