Police officers dealt with 14 illegal migrants in the area of the Koper Police Administration last weekend.
A Lebanese citizen was arrested in Dolenje pri Jelšanah on Friday, and on Saturday Koper police officers dealt with two French citizens who entered the territory of Slovenia illegally (outside the border crossing). According to the provisions of ZTuj-2, foreigners were fined and then allowed to continue their journey to the EU.
Police officers from Ilirska Bistrica dealt with four other citizens of Kosovo, without regulated status in the EU, who were returned to the Croatian security authorities following the procedure. On Sunday, police arrested three Kosovo citizens in Zabiče, a Syrian citizen and a Lebanese citizen in Topolovac, and two Turkish citizens in Kubed. Proceedings are still ongoing.
