Police officers also had work to do yesterday while performing security tasks at the southern border.
Police officers from the Krško Police Station tracked down and arrested four Bangladeshi citizens who had illegally crossed the state border in the Šutna area. The latter were handed over to the Croatian security authorities after the police procedures were completed.
At the Obrežje border crossing, police officers stopped and inspected a truck with Bulgarian license plates. During the search, four Afghan citizens were found hidden under the cargo. The latter were handed over to the Croatian security authorities.
