In the last 24 hours, 22 people who crossed the state border illegally were treated in the area of the Koper Police Department: 8 citizens of Afghanistan in Sežana, and two citizens of Afghanistan in Gračišče. In addition to these, also twelve illegal migrants.
This morning, police officers stopped a Ford Focus car with Romanian license plates at Hrvatini. A driver and 12 people illegally crossing the state border were arrested. All procedures are still ongoing.
