France sent back a 16-year-old Eritrean migrant and a 17-year-old Afghan migrant to Italy, the Parco Roja migrant centre in Ventimiglia said Wednesday, reports Ansa.
Parco Roja director Insa Moussa Ba Sanè said the pushbacks occurred recently.
The two migrant boys were welcomed at Parco Roja.
The Red Cross said Tuesday France had sent back 21 minors this year.
Italy and France are at loggerheads over French migrant drop-offs at Claviere near the French border.
