As many as 40 migrants caught this weekend in Littoral region

Last weekend, in the area of the Koper Police Department, police officers dealt with 40 people who illegally crossed the state border between Croatia and Slovenia.

Ten Afghan nationals, three Tunisia, three Palestine and three Turkey citizens, and two Iranian nationals were taken to an asylum home in Ljubljana as they applied for international protection. Other foreigners have already or will be returned to the Croatian security authorities.
