On Saturday, the 1st of October 2022, the March for Life 2022 will take place in Ljubljana, starting at 10 a.m. at Prešeren Square, Urška Cankar Soares, the host of the March for Life, said in a recent press release. This year’s March for Life will be held under the slogan: “Equality begins before birth.”
On Saturday, the 1st of October 2022, the March for Life 2022 will take place in Ljubljana, starting at 10 a.m. at Prešeren Square. The March for Life is the largest annual rally to promote the joy of life, raise awareness about the dangers of abortion and show compassion for the victims of abortion – the unborn children and their mothers and fathers in distress.
“This year’s march will be held in the atmosphere of hope, spurred by the overturning of Roe v. Wade in America after nearly 50 years, and also in the awareness of the importance of defending every life, which is so fragile, as the cruel was in Ukraine has reminded us in recent months,” they said. This year’s March for Life will be held under the slogan: “Equality begins before birth.”
The main part of the March for Life 202 programme will feature the following musical guests: Vinko Cankar (former member of the band Čuki), Marko Nzobandora and Nada Žgur with the group Najstniki za življenje (“Teenagers for Life”). Urška Cankar Soares, the host of the March for Life, will make a statement to the media at 9.50 at Prešeren Square.
