Look at how bad a businesswoman Nataša Pirc Musar is, who would like us to entrust her with the highest political function

As we announced, we will undertake a brief analysis of the operations of the company, which today is called Ruska dača, Ltd., and above all we will review the state of the company’s capital, which is an important indicator of the company’s financial strength. Why is the business of Ruska dača Ltd. important? This is the company that represents the core of Nataša Pirc Musar’s business octopus.

In a company’s operations, it is always important that short-term investments are covered by short-term liabilities and long-term assets by long-term assets. This is almost the basis of the enterprise, which certainly should not be unknown to the company’s long-time director Aleš Musar and procurator Victoria Krivolutskaya. But as we have already seen, this was not always the case with Nataša Pirc Musar’s companies. Again, it is clear that her company had short-term financial obligations in 2016, but on the other hand, it is not possible to trace so many short-term assets. It is, of course, inappropriate financing of the company, as it covers long-term investments and funds with short-term funds. As can be seen from the balance sheet, at the end of 2016 the company also has tangible fixed assets of 195,194 euros. What this is cannot be made out. But in any case, these are long-term assets that are in the company Ruska dača, Ltd. mostly financed by short-term financial obligations.

In the first two tables, the company’s liabilities are presented, first in the years 2014 to 2017 and then in the years 2018 to 2021. From both, we understand that, as long as the company was engaged in the sale of sports bowling equipment and some other minor service, it produced an average annual profit of 10 thousand euros. This is shown in the data as net profit for the financial year. It is not much, but still, the company paid Victoria Krivolutskaya a salary, and there was still a little left over for the owner. Thus, by 2016, 54,409 euros of accumulated profit had been accrued. Otherwise, it is possible that Nataša Pirc Musar paid herself a profit in previous years, but it is unlikely.

So, Nataša Pirc Musar’s company is not a success story either business-wise or otherwise. Despite this, Pirc Musar – probably together with her husband and friend Krivolutskaya – decided to add the project company Ruska dača, Ltd. to the not very successful company. The expedience of this decision can be seen in the company’s statements, as it amounted to 350 thousand euros in 2021. This is a really big loss. And this is the result of the bold decisions of the aforementioned persons. Let’s not forget, Krivolutskaya also holds quite a few important positions in Nataša Pirc Musar’s companies, including those that supposedly require knowledge of economics. More on that in the future. As we already wrote in the previous article, all the shenanigans around the companies that were and are still called Ruska dača, Ltd., did not pay off in any case.

Above all, it can be seen that the chain of transactions is trying to cover some traces, it remains unanswered which ones. But it is also obvious that the intertwining between societies takes place much more widely. The company Ruska dača, Ltd. had claims against S.T. Hammer Ltd. in 2012. What could Ruska dača, Ltd. performed for S.T. Hammer Ltd. at the end of 2012, in order to issue two invoices on the same day in the total amount of 8,400 euros, which is about 7 percent of the annual turnover of Ruska dača, Ltd.? At the same time, it should be noted that the director of both is Aleš Musar – but it is possible that Victoria Krivolutskaya was responsible for the deal. In any case, unusual.
