“At the moment when the pendulum of public opinion had swung too much towards the right, Nika Kovač emerged with her performances. Since this was not enough compared to the effort of mudslinging and actual assistance to people, Kučan jumped in with ‘solidarity’, ‘unity’, and guidelines regarding Logar, etc. Even if this does not take hold, an army of left-leaning journalists and trolls will be activated. The left’s battle for gains from the tragedy has only just begun. While the right is working, the left is fighting. This is how it was, is, and will be.”
So wrote Edvard Kadič on the X network, a communication and personal development expert, also a political commentator.
Amid the significant natural disaster that struck Slovenia, Nika Kovač initially kept quiet, but after several days, she began to state that her associates from the left-leaning Institute March 8th were assisting people in need, yet there is no evidence of this anywhere. But that is not even the worst part. More and more citizens are realising that they were deceived during the water referendum. The prominent figure in this action was indeed Kovač. Meanwhile, Milan Kučan has now appeared in an online conversation with one of the media outlets, where, in his sophisticated manner, he once again attempts to sow discord.
And this at a time when Slovenia has come together, when both Janez Janša and Borut Pahor have emphasised solidarity, unity, and the joining of forces.
